Goals:
  • Form the core of the project, define the value proposition.
  • Select key specialists: blockchain developers, marketers, lawyers, analysts.

  • Conducting brainstorming sessions, creating a DAO concept.
  • Registration of a legal entity/DAO.
  • Definition of the technical stack.

 Results:

  • The basic vision of the DAO and its tasks.
  • A mini-team with distributed roles.
Stage 2: Investment and credit market analysis
Period: Q2–Q4 2024
Goals:
  • Evaluate the market potential of the DAO in the field of investment and small business lending.
 Key tasks:
  • Collection of statistics on the CIS, European, and Asian markets.
  • Competitor analysis (DeFi and traditional).
  • Interviews with entrepreneurs and investors.
 Results:
  • Strategic report on product relevance.
  • Target audiences and pain points have been identified.
Stage 3: Create documentation
Period: Q4 2024 – Q2 2025
Goals:
  • Preparation of technical and marketing documentation.
Key tasks:
  • Whitepaper development (mission, DAO functionality, token mechanics, management).
  • Tokenomics: emission calculation, distribution models, incentives.
  • Preparation of the roadmap with detailed phasing.
 Results:
  • A finalized documentation package.
  • Willingness to attract the first investments.
Stage 4: Website development and launch
Period: Q2 2025
Goals:
  • Create an official project presentation channel.
 Key tasks:
  • Design, development and content of the landing page.
  • Integration of whitepaper and feedback form.
  • SEO optimization, analytics setup.
 Results:
  • The public website of the project.
  • The beginning of community gathering (email, Discord, Telegram, etc.)
Stage 5: Token creation and presale launch
Period: Q2–Q4 2025
Goals:
  • Attracting initial investments.
 Key tasks:
  • Development and audit of the token's smart contract.
  • Token release in the testnet, then in the mainnet.
  • Organization of the presale: whitelist, validation of participants, partner integrations.
 Results:
  • Presale is completed.
  • Received MVP funding.
Stage 6: MVP and private round Development
Period: Q1–Q2 2026
Goals:
  • Create a minimally functional version of the platform.
Key tasks:
  • Basic functionality of the DAO: voting, token accounting, investment pool.
  • Smart contracts for fund management.
  • Private round launch: offers for large investors and funds.
 Results:
  • A working demo for early adopters.
  • Further financing.
Stage 7: Beta launch of the platform and public round
Period: Q2–Q4 2026
Goals:
  • Test the system with real users.
Key tasks:
  • Open access to the platform (with restrictions).
  • Launching a public round with tokens.
  • Feedback from the community, bug fixes.
Results:
  • Scalable version of the platform.
  • An expanded community and a pool of token holders.
Stage 8: Marketing and Community Growth
Period: Q1–Q2 2027
Goals:
  • Increase the user base to 10,000+ active members.
Key tasks:
  • SMM, AMAs, influencers, offline events.
  • Partnerships with accelerators and venture funds.
Results:
  • Enhanced trust in the DAO.
  • An engaged community.
Stage 9: Listing on DEX and CEX
Period:
  • DEX: Q3 2027
  • CEX: Q4 2027
 Goals:
  • Increase the liquidity and availability of the token.
Key tasks:
  • Listing on Uniswap, PancakeSwap, etc.
  • Negotiation and fulfillment of CEX requirements (Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, Gate.io etc.)
Results:
  • Token trading.
  • The influx of new investors.
Stage 10: Global expansion
Goals: Geographical expansion
  • 2028: strategic investors of the USA.
  • 2028: FSUC ( Former Soviet Union Countries) as countries with developed banking and network infrastructure.
  • 2029: Europe as a country with a less developed banking infrastructure but a high business capitalization.
  • 2030: India and Africa are countries with a high level of commitment to the development of new technologies, both banking and DeFi.
  • 2031: Asia, a highly competitive market with advanced infrastructure and understanding of the DeFi market.
Key tasks:
  • Localization of the platform.
  • PR campaigns in the target countries.
  • Partnerships with local foundations and incubators.
 Results:
  • The DAO operates globally.
  • A scaled ecosystem with regional subdomains.
